Really sad to give this review. I have been coming to this clinic with my pets for over 5 years. I have never missed an appointment. Yesterday, my husband's grandpa passed away, so I had to cancel my appointment for today. I called first thing this morning to tell them we couldn't make it, because my husband's grandfather died and we had traveled out of state. I have never missed an appointment in 5 years. I wasn't offered any condolences, instead the receptionist told me that this was my "warning." I felt that was unfair (to me, there's a big difference between forgetting an appointment and not making it because someone literally died). I relayed these concerns to Sarah, the practice manager, who was equally un-empathetic. She explained that this policy was put in place because people frequently call and miss appointments, and they didn't want me to be surprised if I called and missed another one and was charged. Missing an appointment due to a family emergency (like a death) and missing an appointment because someone forgot should not be treated the same. I have spent thousands of dollars at this clinic, referred people here, and to be treated this way on one of the worst days in my family's life is so disheartening. You would think people who worked with animal's would be more compassionate, but instead I was told that they had to think about compensating the doctor's for their time.

Love my vet. They are so loving and caring with all animals. Also very patient when the animals are having a hard time. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a good vet.
