We love RSAH! Dr. Hyde, Dr. Jill, the technicians, and all the front desk crew are so helpful whenever we call - whether it's for our animal, or even on the rare occasion, a client's animal. Our pets had been patients of R.S.A.H. for over 30 years. We were some of Dr. Jill's original clients. During the earlier years of the practice, we were able to count on getting an appointment whenever we called, and were even able to get our pets seen during a couple of after hours emergencies. Things began to change once they took on the animals from a clinic that had closed in Danville, VT. For the first time ever I was refused an appointment for my cat who was in severe intestinal distress, and was told they were too busy to see him because of the additional animals they had taken on from that other clinic. Recently we took our 2 cats there for their annual checkup. We were told that their teeth needed to be cleaned. They sent us an estimate of $1,708.00 PER CAT! I emailed the clinic asking for an explanation of the high cost. And was told a technician would call or email me within the next week. I was never contacted. We have switched vets now. When I contacted R.S.A.H. to have their records forwarded to the new vet, they didn't even apologize or express any regret that we were leaving after over 30 years! As much as we love and respect Dr.Jill, We are very disappointed that it has become more about money than animal care at R.S.A.H. Wes and Gail Hicks.

Dr. Hyde, David, is one of the best doctors that I have come across. His expertise is unsurpassed. This is not just my opinion, but a fact that I have seen more than once.
