This place is amazing. They actually care so much about your family pet. They took us right in, same day and went above and beyond for our dog. I could not say enough about how wonderful they are. Thanks doc and Julia for being so supportive.

Went in for one shot and her nails clipped $138. The appointment was made a week before. They charged $38.00 for an assessment fee. What did they assess NOTHING. All this took less than 15 min. Called them and they told me the $38 was for a tech fee. Well I should be thankfull it was only 15 min not an hour at $158.00. my plumber was less money then what the tech makes.

We have been going to this vet office for years and had two dogs and two cats as established and up to date patients. We've had moments over the years where we felt turned off by this corporate vet office, but the huge straw that broke the camels back was when one of our dogs was run over last weekend during business hours. We needed an emergency vet for her, she was dying in the backseat of our truck. We called and were told coldly that there were no appointments available. No suggestions on where to go, no offer for euthanasia or pain meds, no compassion. Our dog died while we were driving/calling and searching for a vet to help us. We assumed that being an established patient meant we would get some help on an emergency, don't make the same mistake as us. They've always been expensive and their communications to get you to buy more services are frequent and inaccurate, telling us our pets were due for things they already got recently, etc. don't bother, find an independent, privately owned office.

This team of vets are amazing. We’ve been going for years for my kitties and recently more often for my pup. On Friday at 4:30 my pup found herself with an ear infection two days after her spay. She was uncomfortable, irritated and itchy and I mistakenly booked an appointment for the following Friday. I am so thankful that they squeezed her in at 4:30 on Friday, right before close, so my pup didn’t have to spend another day uncomfortable on the way to urgent care. These vets truly care about their patients. Thank you all so much
