Baxter gets the best care and attention when we are there. Deena is very knowledgable about dogs and answers questions quickly and with ease.

Don’t feed the vampires. This is a private equity owned vet clinic. Keep our money local and spend with privately owned practices. Let’s beat these vultures and starve them out. This is a big deal.

SAH always provides thorough care for my pets. Receptionists are friendly - when answering the phone, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and communicating questions to the drs as needed. Technicians are thorough, collecting an accurate history (as much as my mind can recall) of symptoms, and behaviors. My one boy is petrified, and they help me get him on the scale, and hold him during injections, and exams. Doctors are top notch, always listening carefully for changes, examining closely, and talking gently to my pets. They are very gentle when administering injections, and/or drawing blood for tests. SAH is the BEST! My pets and I LOVE them and highly recommend them!!

I brought my standard poodle in for his yearly check up. The doctor spent time shaming me because I hadn’t done his annual puppy cut. Poodles have a habit of growing hair very similar to a chia pet. Then she noticed that my poodle was walking funny instead of checking his feet to see if he needed his nails clipped Or perhaps Hair was clumped under his feet. She claimed he had arthritis and back to this claim up with the statement He lost weight last year, he actually lost 1 pound.My poodle is 14 years old going on 15. I stated he can no longer jump 5 feet anymore and that he has slowed down a bit. I think this is normal for a 14-year-old dog. She wanted to prescribe NSAIDs for my dog cause she thought he had arthritis and went ahead and did a liver function test without my permission because the NSAIDs that she wanted to prescribe Will definitely damage his liver. I tried to convince her my dog was having a hard time walking on her linoleum floor with his nails as long as they are and paws needing trimming. i’m with my dog 24 seven he follows me everywhere I go. He jumps on the bed and he jumps on the couch They are normal 2 foot jumps, with no problems at all. My dog does not have arthritis and did not need this medicine. She ended the appointment with “We are done here” I feel extremely bullied and hustled. The liver test that she did without my permission alone cost $100 which was not necessary because I had no intentions to put him on something that would damage his liver.Because I disagree with this Vet Veterinarian on her diagnosis she refuses to see him a second time. Because of this attitude and the bullying and the hustling, I would never recommend this Vet for your beloved pet. I have since left this service and will never go back! It’s really sad since the ownership of this business has changed the care for My baby Has become all about the Almighty dollar to these people.
