Very professional and gentle with my little 4 pound girl. I was very nervous about vaccines and side affects and I felt heard and understood which was very important to me.

Took a 17 year old cat that had been attacked by a dog. There were no visible injuries, but his behavior indicated he might have internal injuries. Doctor explained what they could and could not tell. Did not push me to spend hundreds on x-rays and tests. Suggested an antibiotic and pain meds for a few days. The cat seems to be getting better. So I think the Vet made the correct call.

The doctor is amazing. She had the most perfect pet parent interaction by explaining everything and was just a joy to talk to. She also explained doing a test at that appointment, then put my pet on a yearly visit, vice a 6 month visit, saving me money and time. I have used this vet forever, but the new Doctor has the perfect tempermant for Bennington, VT.

Piggy the Pup had to go in for an emergency visit because she had abnormal lumps. The team started with antibiotics, hoping that would resolve the issue, but when it didn’t, she needed surgery the following week. Unfortunately, the lumps couldn’t be removed, so a biopsy was done. Dr. Kelly was actually scheduled to be on vacation the week we were expecting the biopsy results, but he still kept me updated every step of the way—even while he was away. That level of care, communication, and dedication meant so much during a very stressful time. By far, this is the best veterinary office I’ve ever experienced. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine care they showed Piggy (and me) was outstanding. I’m beyond grateful.
