I am a new client and everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr. Shaw is an excellent clinician, very skilled at calming and treating anxious cats. I am coming from over an hour away and I think it is totally worth it.

I cannot thank Dr. Ames and vet assistant Heidi enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed my dog over Memorial Day weekend. They came into the office for an emergency call, and their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly meant the world to my family. Dr. Ames took the time to thoroughly evaluate my dog, explain everything clearly, and make sure he was comfortable. Heidi was equally amazing — so compassionate, attentive, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond for the animals and families they help. Thanks to them, my dog is doing so much better. We are beyond grateful for their exceptional care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly treats your pets like their own.
