Honestly wish I could give 5 stars. I have nothing but good things to say about the vet and vet tech... But the receptionist was nothing but rude. I felt uncomfortable and a bother to her. Just calling she has nothing but an attitude. Unfortunately I will been seeking veterinary care elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars, I would most certainly do so. On New Year's Eve, our family suffered the loss of our dog. Already reeling from this, we figured to go to our vet to handle the humane disposal of our dog. Not only were they inexplicably closed on a non-holiday, but we were also unable to even take care of our dog's remains until today, January 2nd. We went to the vet and were quoted an outrageous price for a communal cremation. We left. We went to another vet and that vet was extremely nice, sympathetic and the price was far less than Center Rutland Vet. Do not go to Center Rutland Vet unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated like the way we were. Our dog had to stay in the trunk of one of our cars while we had to wait for the opportunity to go to Center Rutland Vet. The staff there can use a lesson on decency and respect. They could also post their holiday hours so that situations like this don't happen to other people. The grieving process can begin now. No thanks to the Center Rutland Vet. That one lady at the front desk should not ever be around people, she lacks the skills and intelligence.

Very attentive yo my dog's needs. Sensitive to personal needs and concerns. Occasional long wait but the reason is for the clients and pets safety.

Just came into this place to have my grandmother. Does dog be seen?He needed his nails clipped and to have a Lyme disease. He's test done to check him. The doctor was wonderful.One of the nurses she was wonderful, but the head receptionist is rude disrespectful and has no respect, my grandmother has a problem. Breathing and her dog ended up getting very scared and slipped his collar again. My grandmother cannot breathe well. She did not have her oxygen with her. And this woman screamed at her and made her cry, because she couldn't chase her little dog and needed help thankfully, the young lady that was there was able to get my mother's dog and bring him outside to me when I asked why they just didn't call me.She didn't realize she could have
