Dr Crane is a welcome addition and is amazing!! We had Shelby as a vet tech and she did a phenomenal job with our animals!! Thanks to all of the staff!

My dog died and they did nothing to save him.Riverside has no emergency services. My dog was dying in my arms and I called and spent 15 precious minutes talking to some stranger who then told me to drive my dog to Burlington. My beautiful baby died less than an hour later. He wouldn’t have survived the long drive from Rutland to Burlington. I hope these dedicated professionals enjoyed sleeping in their nice warm beds while my 8 year old lab mix died in my arms. Riverside is only interested in making money, They don’t care about animals at all. Then they had the nerve to send me some cheap card and they didn’t even spell my name right….

I did not receive enough information when my cat was sick... this made putting him to sleep extremely difficult for me after...they treated him roughly also....a terrible experience...

I feel really disappointed 88 dollars for 5 minutes and ( how a nice dog) I feel some racist there only talking to my son, sad , also they want to do expensive tests to a puppy, that is perfectly heathy.
